\n2. Availability & Service Area<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- \n
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, including all cities, towns, and rural areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Response time is typically within 30 minutes, subject to location, emergency level, and traffic conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Services to Crown Dependencies (e.g., Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey) and British Overseas Territories (e.g., Gibraltar, BVI) may be available by arrangement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n3. Booking and Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n- \n
By making a booking (via phone, website, email, WhatsApp, or in-person), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Bookings are only confirmed once:<\/p>\n

Prices will be quoted individually based on the scope of work, severity, and location.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

We accept bank transfer, debit\/credit card, or approved invoicing for business accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Delayed or non-payment may result in legal action and the application of interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount, especially in emergency callouts or long-distance jobs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Emergency callouts (attended within 30\u201390 minutes) are non-refundable once our technician is en route.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
